Off to the gym today!
Going to the gym, probably for 2 hours or so because I really want to run 5 miles and bike at least 3 or more. Also since I don’t have a membership yet I have to pay $5 and I want to make it worth my money :D Then later I’m going gorcery shopping for fruits and veggies! Yaay! And probably getting sushi for lunch, but I don’t know what to make for dinner yet :/ I hope everyone...

Hey followers! Don’t get confused, but I changed my url to “physically-fit.tumblr.com”. My old url was “awkwardly-fat.tumblr.com”. Exercise in the morning
fitabulos: If you can, do yourself a favour and workout as soon as you wake up. If you’re hungry, have a banana but then get to your workout.  why? Well it will speed up your metabolism GREATLY and your body will get used to burning calories as soon as you wake up. The more often you do this, the more weight you will lose AND you’ll be super energized ALL DAY.

Good day.
I had a good day today :) Eat healthy, although I did not do intense exercise, I did walk a lot! Pretty proud of myself. It’s a great feeling knowing you’re one step closer to something you really want, in this case, a healthier lifestyle :) What have you done today to make you feel proud?
