I need to come on tumblr more often.
Seeing everyone’s results and all these pictures really motivate me. It’s like 8:30 where I live right now and I’m going to do some Jackie PT training although I already did a workout this morning. I just really want this.

Off to the gym today!
Going to the gym, probably for 2 hours or so because I really want to run 5 miles and bike at least 3 or more. Also since I don’t have a membership yet I have to pay $5 and I want to make it worth my money :D Then later I’m going gorcery shopping for fruits and veggies! Yaay! And probably getting sushi for lunch, but I don’t know what to make for dinner yet :/
I hope everyone...

Changed my url
Hey followers! Don’t get confused, but I changed my url to “physically-fit.tumblr.com”. My old url was “awkwardly-fat.tumblr.com”. I changed because I’m getting nowhere by calling myself fat and awkward. Negative thoughts = no progress. SO I’m going to focus on not only getting physically fit, but mentally fit as well! I hope everything is going well for...

Exercise in the morning

If you can, do yourself a favour and workout as soon as you wake up. If you’re hungry, have a banana but then get to your workout.
why? Well it will speed up your metabolism GREATLY and your body will get used to burning calories as soon as you wake up. The more often you do this, the more weight you will lose AND you’ll be super energized ALL DAY.

Good day.
I had a good day today :) Eat healthy, although I did not do intense exercise, I did walk a lot! Pretty proud of myself. It’s a great feeling knowing you’re one step closer to something you really want, in this case, a healthier lifestyle :) What have you done today to make you feel proud?
