Yesterday's workout
1.00 miles on bike = 105 cals 5.10 miles at a 1.0-3.0 incline on tredmill = 595 cals (a combination of walking & running) 10 min abs workout (on ipod) stretch
Ugh, I felt sooo good yesterday after that workout. I just really love working out, especially running! :) Today I’ll probably do some abs later but I’m taking a break because I have to work for 8 hours.
